Cancellation
If for any reason the lessee cancels the reservation three months or more before the rental period AdriaSail will return the full amount paid by the lessee minus a five percent transfer charge.
If the lessee cancels the reservation more than four weeks but less than three months before the beginning of the rental period, AdriaSail has the right to keep the full amount of the initial deposit (thirty to fifty percent) plus a five percent transfer charge.
If the lessee cancels the reservation four weeks or less before the beginning of the rental period, AdriaSail has the right to keep the whole amount of the rental price.
If the lessee and his crew cancel the lease after taking possession of the boat, AdriaSail will keep the full amount of the lease and charge the lessee for all costs which might occur as a result of the cancellation.
