The lessee is obligated to return the boat, tidy and undamaged and with a full tank of fuel, to the owner at the set place and time at the end of the rental period. If for any reason the lessee does not return the boat at the set time and place the lessee agrees to pay the triple daily rental price and to cover any costs incurred by the owner and/or SimpleCells, Inc. Including costs related to lost opportunity.
In the case of force majeure the lateness will be considered justified if the lessee immediately informed the boat owner.
The costs for lost or damaged boat parts and/or equipment caused by negligence and/or careless operation by the lessee or his crew is the lessee's responsibility, and the owner will charge those costs from the lessee's deposit.
In the case that the boat is returned untidy and unclean, the owner will charge from the deposit a special cleaning charge on top of the regular cleaning charge. The same applies in the case that the lessee returns the boat with empty tanks.
