Security Deposit
Before taking possession of the boat the lessee is obliged to leave with the charter company that owns the boat a compulsory security deposit in cash or credit card slip in the amount stated during the AdriaSail booking process. This deposit will be returned in full to the lessee if the boat is returned on time, is tidy and undamaged and that the fuel tank is full.
If the boat was rented with a professional skipper, then the lessee is required to pay a security deposit for any damage related to the skipper's negligence and/or careless operation of the boat and equipment.
