Charter Contract
This rental agreement is your online contract with the SimpleCells, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "SC"), owner of the website AdriaSail.
This agreement regulates the terms and conditions of the booking process, price and payment methods, cancellation policy as well as the basic pre-requisites for renting a boat.
At the time of check-in you will be physically signing a contract, regulating everything related to your care of the boat during the rental period, with the charter company with which SimpleCells, Inc. has a business relationship.
By booking a boat through AdriaSail you accept all the terms and conditions of this contract and agree that the act of booking a boat is equivalent to your personal signature and acceptance of this agreement. This contract is effective when SC receives your payment covering either the deposit or the full amount needed to pay the rental cost of your chosen boat.
On making this booking, you guarantee that you have the authority to and do accept on behalf of your crew the terms of this rental agreement.
You should check the details of our confirmation of your booking carefully to ensure that it accurately reflects the booking you have requested, and you should inform AdriaSail immediately of any discrepancies.
