Insurance
The boat, equipment and crew are insured for all damages and losses exceeding the deductible, which depends on the type of boat rented by the lessee. The boat and the boat leader are insured for damages done to a third party, if at the time when damage occurs the boat leader posses a valid navigation license and is operating the boat legally and not under the influence of any controlled substance.
Any damages or losses must be immediately reported to the owner.
