Rental Agreement
Obligations of the Lessee

The lessee agrees to sail only in Croatian territorial waters. In order to leave Croatian territorial waters, the lessee must obtain written permission from the charter company that owns the boat.

The lessee agrees not to rent or lend the boat to any other person, not to use it for commercial purposes, will sail only in safe weather conditions and will only sail within the abilities of the lessee.

The lessee is required to observe all navigation customs, legal rules and regulations, and the lessee is required to operate the boat and equipment with the utmost care.

Either the lessee or one of the crew members must have a valid navigation license, issued either in Croatia or in the country of lessee's origin by an authorized legal entity, in order to handle the boat. This license must be recognized and accepted by the charter company that owns the boat at the time of check-in. If neither lessee nor one of the crew members submits upon check-in a valid navigation license, as described above, the charter company reserves the right to not hand over the boat while keeping the full rental payment.
