Price and Payment
The rental price covers the use of a fully equipped boat as listed and described on AdriaSail, the price of mandatory cleaning of the boat and boat insurance exceeding agreed upon deposit. The rental price does not cover the cost of extras (additional equipment), fuel, marina costs or other costs relating to the boat rental.
Depending on how far in advance you are booking the boat, payment is made in full at once or in two installments.
The two installments payment option applies only to bookings made a minimum time in advance of the rental period; the minimum time is determined by the boat owner and is clearly indicated during the booking process in AdriaSail. The rental period begins with the chosen start date of your rental and ends with the end date, as booked on AdriaSail and confirmed in its review form.
The two installment payments will be made in given percentages from the total lease amount. Depending on the owner's valid price list, the first installment can vary from thirty to fifty percent of the total rental amount, and payment has to be made as soon as the boat is confirmed. Once payment is received the boat is considered reserved. The second installment, consisting of the remaining amount, must be paid in full a minimum period or time, determined by boat owner and clearly indicated in AdriaSail, before check-in or the booking will be cancelled and any fees paid lost unless cancelled by the lessee as described in Cancellation.
