Responsibilities of the Owner
If for any reasons not related to the responsibility of the lessee, except force majeure, the boat cannot be used, then the lessee has a right to a replacement boat with similar or better characteristics at the same rental price or may ask for a refund for those days the lessee could not use the boat.
