The marina is open year round. It is located southeast of Makarska on the mainland.
Approach:
Podgora is recognizable from a distance by the white curved monument as a representation of seagulls on the hill above Lijak point. There is also a light at the head of the breakwater.
Mooring:
There are 220 berths.
The marina is protected from winds by a long breakwater.
Facilities:
Facilities include water and electricity hook ups.
The marina is equipped with a crane.
In the Area:
Podgora is a large resort southeast of Makarska with fresh water springs.
Several defense towers, erected as protection against the Turks, are preserved, and there is also an old Baroque parish church.
